Associate Professional in Human Resources - International™ (aPHRi™) certification 

• Just need to have successfully completed high school education.

Professional in Human Resources - International™ (PHRi™) certification 

• A minimum of 1 year of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master's degree or global equivalent, OR
• A minimum of 2 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor's degree or global equivalent, OR
• A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a high school diploma or global equivalent.

Please note that these fees will be paid directly to HR Certification Institute by the participant after completion of the training. Vivid Pacific doesn't collect the above fees. Vivid Pacific only provides training to enable participants to do certification exam and only charges for the training services being provided. Just a reminder, once an exam application is approved, no refunds will be made whether a candidate withdraws or no longer wishes to take the exam.

Exam Time: 1 hour and 45 minutes (plus 30 minutes administration time)

Exam Length: 65 scored questions + 25 pretest questions

Language: English (also available in Spanish - Castilian & Arabic) 

PHRi: 

Exam time: 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Exam length: 90 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions=

Language: English (also available in Spanish - Castilian & Arabic) 

HRCI offers year-round assessment opportunities. Testing options and venues vary by geographic location. 

PearsonVUE’s online proctoring, OnVue, is an exam delivery system available from the comfort of your home or office. 

OnVUE leverages artificial intelligence, in combination with live monitoring, to ensure exams are protected using state-of-the-art technology.

Offer 1 - Early Bird Discount

Offer 3 - Chance for Fee Refund

• Chance to get 50% of paid fee refunded.
• To get 50% paid fees refunded there are some conditions that must be met by the participant

1. Participant needs have attended all virtual lecture sessions,
2. Participant needs to have read all the reading materials on the online learning platform,
3. Participant needs to have properly attempted all the practice exam questions for his chosen certification exam at least 3 times, 
4. Participant needs to have at least scored 85% in each practice exam in any of their attempt,
5. Participant needs successfully pass the certification exam within 3 months of completing the certification training

                Only one participant in the batch/cohort will be refunded 50% of their fee, that is whoever first meets 

                all the 5 conditions.
